Prima verblijf met goede bedden en verder alles wat nodig is. Hier en daar wel wat gedateerd. Heerlijke bakker op loopafstand en winkelcentrum op 5min. rijden. Goede uitval basis om de golf te verkennen.

Méthodes de voyou Le gérant nous demande 100 euros en cash comme caution - L'état médiocre des raquettes de ping pong (le manche tenait à peine) en fait casser deux dans nos mains - il s'est donc servi sur cette caution pour s'en repayer de nouvelles. Sans parleur de son comportement et du ton odieux, des arrivées intempestives sans prévenir, du "p'tit Ricard" qu'il nous réclame en arrivant dans la maison. Ça aurait pu en venir aux mains. A éviter.

Un super séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’1 semaine. Tout d’abord la maison est très bien située. A 15 min du centre ville de Vannes, à 20 min d’Arradon, la maison est à proximité immédiate d’une très bonne boulangerie, d’une boucherie et d’une poissonnerie. Un grand centre commercial est à 5 min en voiture. Un parc pour marcher ou courir est situé juste à côté aussi. La maison est également très appréciable avec un grand jardin et tous les équipements nécessaires pour les adultes (lave vaisselle, machine à laver...) et les enfants (trampoline, jeux...). Par ailleurs le baby-foot et la table de Ping Pong dans un endroit abrité permettent de jouer en toutes circonstances (vent ou pluie ou nuit). Enfin les hôtes ont été très aimables et réactifs. Nous reviendrons très volontiers y séjourner!

Ruim maar vuil
Zeer ruime woning met goede ligging in de buurt van het mooie Vannes. De woning is volledig uitgerust echter.... met aftands materiaal, niet proper en bij momenten gewoon vies. Behalve het ververste beddengoed was de woning helemaal niet gereinigd, al lang niet...;stof en straatzand op de vloeren,stof op de plinten, ieder hoek in de woning een stofnet en hooiwagen, absoluut niet gedweild. De woning is ruim onderkelderd en beschikt over speelgerief voor kinderen, echter hangt er een doordringende dieselgeur van de brander waardoor niemand langer dan 5 minuten er ik kon blijven. De geur is waar te nemen tot boven in de woonst. Er was geen kuisgerief beschikbaar, de stofzuigerzak was stampvol en er was geen nieuwe stofzuigerzak beschikbaar. Zelf kort reinigen was dus geen optie. Er wordt 100 euro reinigingskost gerekend; die wordt niet besteed aan het reinigen van de woning.

Un séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé quelques jours à dix dans cette maison et nous avons apprécié son espace, son agrément et son équipement. Le baby-foot et la table de ping-pong dans le garage permettent de s'amuser même par temps hivernal !

Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette location, idéale pour un week end entre amis et aussi la proximité des commerces ; la ville de Vannes et les nombreuses balades possibles sur le golfe du Morbihan, et notamment l'ile aux Moines, incontournable et bourrée de charme. Super chouette
C'était ce qu'il nous fallait. Proche de Vannes et de son port. Proche des principales attractions du Golfe du Morbihan, tout en étant retirée pour un calme complet lorsque nécessaire. Maison propre et bien entretenue avec toutes les commodités. C'était parfait.
