Located on the town of Plérin, in the Saint-Laurent district of the sea, a few minutes from Saint-Brieuc, this house on three levels is ideally suited to one or more families wishing to benefit from a location conducive to travel. Located at 6 mn of the main axis Rennes-Brest (RN12), the position allows you to easily reach all tourist destinations of the region: Erquy, Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Guerlédan, Ploumanac'h, Brest or Well the Mont Saint Michel. This spacious house of 160 m2 makes it possible to have a nice place of drop in anticipation of active holidays. But not only. It is located 200 m from the shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser, press ...) and 300 m from the beach of Saint-Laurent de la mer and its promenade. Small market every Tuesday morning in Saint Laurent, and you will find a large market, on Sunday morning, in the center of Plérin.
From the beach you can easily access the trails of the GR34 and consider hiking to the Pointe Roseliers, the Rosaires beach or the bay of Saint Brieuc and its nature reserve.
Several restaurants are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes, and you will find in the immediate vicinity, at the port of the Légué or in Plérin, a choice of restaurants, gourmet restaurants or classical restaurants, pizzerias or crêperies. The commercial center of Plérin, center E. Leclerc with cultural area and shopping mall is less than 8 mn by car. The cinemas of Saint Brieuc, the train station, the go-kart circuit, the lazer-games, the skating rink, the swimming pool, the bowling alley or the multimedia library are less than 15 minutes away. At less than 200 m, several playgrounds for children and feet-park. Two inter-city bus lines are located at 50 m and easily accessible to any point of the agglomeration, or even Saint-Quay-Portrieux or Paimpol.
The house is not located on a passenger axis; You will have, of calm and tranquility, having this proximity to the leisure facilities and shops.
LOCATION
Town house on 3 levels (even four with parental bedroom on mezzanine), this rental is ideal for one or more families. We live in this house usually and are regularly seven to stay there. The rental is perfectly comfortable and really pleasant to live: the oak floors, its openings and its sunshine, its equipment (electric shutters, fireplace, kitchen), unusual volumes are the highlights.

Excluded from the rental are two rooms (on the ground floor and second floor) which are used for the storage of our personal belongings during the rental period.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
Our approach is to offer you a place to live, pleasant and convivial, to spend a good holiday. Quick response to any inquiries.
The assets of this house, which we liked, are the proximity of shops, transport and the beach. The interior volume allows everyone to have their own space, but also to find themselves in the living room, in the garden, or in the large relaxation room (which allows the children to really have a large recreation room, to play or watch television). In the small south facing garden you will find peace and privacy. Many rooms of the house presents a view sea on the bay of Saint Brieuc and, in 5 mn on feet, you are on the beach of Saint-Laurent. For swimming, several seaside resorts nearby, such as the Rosaires (10 min) or Saint-Quay-Portrieux (25 min), but also Martin Plage directly accessible by the GR34 after a short stroll along the cliffs.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Charges (water, electricity, heating, internet and gas for barbecue) are also included. Possibility to subscribe a cleaning fee at the end of your stay. I personally take care of your arrival, including cleaning before arrival and preparation of bedding. The cleanliness of the premises, your welcome, and my availability before and during your stay, are for me, essential. The housing and its exteriors are therefore still susceptible of modifications (positive) before your arrival.
We will be present to introduce you the house and its equipment.
You will find on the spot the main condiments necessary for the preparation of the meals (oil, salt, pepper ... etc) and all the equipments of the kitchen (chopper, raclette service, etc ...). The kitchen is equipped with a 5-ring induction hob, a rotating oven, dishwasher, microwave and hoods. On the leisure side, we leave our library and a number of board games and toys for children and adults available. Also, beach toys will be present, no need to take all this in the car !! All tourist documentation available.
All rooms are connected wifi, or directly via RJ45 cable. The double-glazed windows are equipped with electric shutters and blackout blinds.
You will find all the baby equipment on the spot (high chair, changing mat, bed, and bath). For children of 2/5 years we have an inflatable boat-style bed (they love it!) Allowing to be positioned close to the parents. The parental room is particularly suitable for the reception of the little ones who must stay close to the parents.
I happily accept arrivals and departures on Sundays. The price is negotiable from 2 weeks rental. The price is all inclusive (bed linen, house, electricity, water) but the departure cleaning is not part of the conditions of the rental (package on request).
