Saint Laurent area of the sea, quiet, close to the beach and shops.
New fitted kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, ...).
2 verandas.
2 bedrooms with 140x190 cm bed.
1 room with bed 90x190 cm.
1 bedroom with a sofa bed (sofa bed).
all the bedding is recent.

Bretonisches Urlaubsgefühl
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Frédéric! Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön und groß. Die Kinder (12 J. Und 7 J.) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand direkt in Périn bietet mit den starken Gezeiten viel Abwechslung und sehr viele Muscheln. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig für Tagessusflüge z.B. zu den Granit Rose oder St. Malo. Vielen Dank, Frédéric, für einen schönen Aufenthalt und deine Hilfsbereitschaft!

Fêtards s'abstenir mais idéal pour un groupe d'amis ou une famille souhaitant passer un séjour décon
Maison bien entretenue, dans un quartier résidentiel calme à 10 minutes à pied de commerces de proximité. Un peu loin de la plage mais c'est précisé dans l'annonce, donc pas de surprise pour nous. Beau jardin, beau séjour, cuisine bien équipée. Chambres à coucher manquent un peu de charme car que très peu de déco. Quelques coins auraient mérité d'être dépoussiérés, mais rien de bien grave.
