"Der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, im Schatten oder in der Sonne, ganz wie man mag, der grandiose Pool (Pooltiefe von 1,50m - 2,90m) und sogar eine Außentheke mit Kühlschrank machen das Ausspannen leicht. Kleiner Makel: die Küche nicht ganz so gut ausgestattet und fußläufig sind keine Geschäfte oder Lokale erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es für ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Urlaub."

"House is perfectly located in the center of town. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Didn't spend much time indoors but house was appointed with everything we needed and extras (movie projector, washing machine , etc...) Would love to stay again!"

"Suggest a movable u shaped railing to get into the pool for older people so not to take away from beautiful infinity look. Also bath mats for showers for safety. When you are over 80 you worry about these things."

"We had a lovely holiday in John’s villa. Everything was comfortable, from beds to pillows to lovely kitchen platters/ glasses etc. beautifully decorated and a lovely lady Nevilla to come and help clear up. Beautiful views and pool but take ear plugs as there is building works around the property which start early ( but not for too long as so hot ) a beautiful house all round and a charming host, thankyou soo much for a lovely holiday"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa, it had something for all ages. We enjoyed walking to the local beach and bathing/playing in the crystal clear waters. The teenagers enjoyed snorkelling at the sunken city nearby and playing basketball/football near Epidavros harbour in the evenings. The highlight for me was a performance of The Trojan Women by Euripides at the big Epidavros theatre about 30 minutes drive away - a real treat, it even had projected subtitles! We did need the car...

"Lovely home with lots of character & atmosphere. Beautifully presented & the listing is very accurate. Pictures don’t do it justice. Has everything you need & the courtyard to sit & enjoy coffee is a highlight. This certainly a steep ascent. Don’t forget your reading glasses for a day at the beach !! And communications re check in could have been a little more proactive. All worked out & went smoothly but felt v last minute. But otherwise it’s very sweet."

"The property is stunning, even more impressive than the pictures. Very comfortable bedding/living areas, 3 kitchen areas, central AC. The house can be thought of as three separate units technically, but can be all open as we had it, a lot of space for groups or families to gather together while also having some privacy. "This is a really amazing house with excellent communication from the property host as well as attention to detail. We were a large group of 15 people and had a very good time in the evenings by the pool and exploring the area, which is really well situated for plenty of day trip options. There were fires in Kranidi which led to electrical issues on the first few days of our trip. The hosts were attentive to these, however the air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms was not repaired, which meant...

"@The property owner (host) was wonderful to us. He helped us with every issue. For example when we noticed there were sea urchins in the water he lent us water shoes we could go swimming. This was restful and relaxing , you can hear the waves lapping at the shore."
