"My confirmation on Expedia said we could have a two hour late check out. This was not made known to the hotel. We were running a race in a nearby community and needed the extra time to shower, etc. We were given a one hour later check out, but by the time we returned from the race, we had to hurry to check out."

"I would like to see upgraded appliances in the rooms. The carpet in the hallways needs cleaning or replaced. Too many flies around the building and I have a fly in my room every day, no matter how I clean. The staff is great and have great customer service. "
