"The reception was good staff helpful, our room was up in the lift, ok with wheelchair, lots of space in the room, only let down was the bath with no grab rails, my husband couldn't climb into it, luckily we only stayed 1 night, i did mention it at check in no shower only rooms available. Liked the idea of a mini kitchenette. A nice walk down to the restaurants, but steep walking back up, good job my husband had his mobility scooter. "

"I stayed here for a few nights in November and absolutely loved it. The room was large and clean. The hotel is very nice. The food was REALLY good! Staff were kind and helpful. There was an issue with adjusting my stay that Expedia tried to help with but the hotel did not respond to which is a shame. But regardless of that, I will definitely return. "

Most of staff accommodating but outside bar lady needs a customer care course. "

"Lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Apartments spacious, comfortable and clean. Huge beds! We had breakfast and dinner only. Large choice of cooked food, salads, breads, cakes and fruit. Lots of meat!
