"I have to admit that the view from the place is beautiful but the house is a complete dump. For the price I would have expected something in much better shape. It was filthy inside and out. This house is also dangerous, there is an electric outlet inside the shower, and the electrical wire for the showerhead heater was wrapped with electrical tape.
