"The property VERY steep a shuttle is always running It's older so don't expect la dee da decadence but has lots of character, good landscaping, gorgeous views, lovely staff and 5 different pools (two infinity) one which is a swim up bar. And not a hot tub but a cold tub (and you will need it sometimes) ..."

"We've stayed here a few times and feel it's good value for the price. Tonight there were some ants crawling around on the floor, but heh, we're in Costa Rica so not too surprised. The pool was warm and the bed was comfy."

"Nice quiet area near Playa Hermosa. The cabin is big, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen & an entry hall. Easy walk to Hermosa. Owner is friendly & speaks perfect English. Outdoor shower to wash off before entering cabin. Mostly great, our bathroom sink stopped draining but otherwise todo bien!"

"We stayed one night at Casita by Lina on the front end of a larger, group vacation. House was great, 50 yards to the ocean, several great bars/restaurants with a short walk down the beach. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully for much longer"

Go to El Bosque Del Mar a few blocks away on the beach. Excellent dinner with Oceanside views. We wanted to stay there but it was booked so we got as close as we could. Jorge Bustos a great bartender made us a local drink. Chile Guaro.

The resort only serves pepsi. So if you like rum and coke like I do and can't stand pepsi you better go to the closest convenience store or the mini market on the property and stock up on coke to add to the rum.
