No car needed as booked minibus to and from airport. Air con in bedrooms which was welcome! Lovely veranda with flowers. Hosts very approachable. We had a lovely week."

"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. "The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our one week stay. The weather was unusually cold and when we arrived the heaters were not turned on. The heat unit in the main living area did not work at all and was scheduled for replacement after our departure. It took all night for the apartment to heat up to a comfortable level.
