"I found this to be a very chilled out hotel. We had a superior room which was nice and spacious. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were polite and professional. Only downside I would say is there didn’t seem to be any lifts, I had to carry my bag up 3 flights of stairs and there was no offer of help to do this. I did think the pool bar menu was slightly limited too. "

"Alicia desde el momento antes de entrar fue super amable ayudándonos con todo los servicios y recomendaciones. Las habitaciones necesitan una actualización de imagen pero son prácticas, amplias y muy cómodas. A la hora del check out nos facilitaron todo para poder coger nuestro vuelo por la noche. "Hotel staff were really nice and the maids did an excellent job keeping the place clean. The apartment we stayed in was very basic, cooking any decent meal was a pain, so really we would have been better going all inclusive. The beds were awful, really thin mattresses and very uncomfortable. Apart from that they were kept incredibly clean by the maids so 5/5 for them! The biggest issue that we had were the other people staying in the hotel, they had no respect for anyone else, we had lads...
