"We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...

"Very nice and friendly staff. Place is very nice and modern although in classic Polish Highlander style. Food was excellent and there was no problem to accommodate different diatary needs. There is an great spa in the basement with sauna and salt cave to relax. "

"I needed a room asap and I found. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you! "

My room was with kind of kitchen, I do not understand why kitchen with sink, cooktop and all necessary dishes and even dishwasher but the most important thing like fridge was not there. "My review is based on the fact that the elevator broke on the way to our room on the third floor. We had to drag our suitcases up stairs and down to check out. On the day we were leaving, the reception staff person helped us get our suitcases out of the hotel to the car. Although there is parking,secured as well, you had to go out on the street and up a long flight of stairs to get to reception. There was no assistance. We are 70 and I have a knee injury, so all of this was a challenge. ...
