The 170 square metre townhouse for max. 6 adults and 2 children is located on a 300 square metre, separate and fully enclosed property (for your sole use) in the middle of the old town of Plau. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are all within a few hundred metres. The popular Elde waterway is only 100 metres away.
The historic building was extensively renovated in 2021 and furnished in a modern-minimalist style. The high-quality furnishings meet the highest standards. First occupancy July 2021 The ground floor has an open-plan layout. There are two living areas (upholstered furniture, seating areas, smart TV), a state-of-the-art kitchen (including electric hob with integrated Bora extractor fan, oven, internet-enabled fridge with ice cube dispenser, large dining table, various kitchen appliances), a small guest WC, 1 bedroom with double bed (connecting room to the bathroom) and a bathroom with open shower and washing machine. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms (each with double bed, flat-screen TV) and a bathroom with free-standing bathtub, open shower and LED mirror with integrated make-up mirror. A cot and high chair are available for small children. Additional guest beds can be provided for older children up to the age of 10.
Outside there is a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, a car garage (electric sectional door) with storage space for bicycles and another car park. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. Internet (W-LAN) can also be used free of charge. In the climatic health resort of Plau am See a spa tax is charged (payable on site).
The climatic health resort of Plau am See, the "gateway" to the Mecklenburg Lake District, has a long tradition as a holiday resort. At 38.4 km², the lake of the same name is the third largest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and offers the best conditions for water sports enthusiasts and amateur anglers. The hilly surrounding countryside with forests and other small and large lakes offers many other excursion options on foot or by bike. The Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park begins on the northern shore of Lake Plau, about which detailed information is provided in the "Karower Meiler", and the "Moorochse" observation tower directly on the lake is a popular excursion destination. In Plau itself there are several bathing beaches, boat and bike hire, diving and sailing schools, a climbing park, passenger boat trips and fishing opportunities. The picturesque old town, which is still characterised by the half-timbered and brick houses of the farming community, invites you to stroll around with its numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities.
