"This property was so cute and comfortable. The check in process was very easy. Communication with Kerry was exceptional. Restaurants including the Culinary Institute are close by. I came here to attend the Duchess County Sheep and Wool festival and this property was close enough to commute without being in the middle of the scrum. I will definitely stay here again. "We were in town for the state high school soccer championships over the weekend and needed a pet friendly place to stay. This place was just right and had everything we needed. It was very cozy and very private. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay here. "

The yard was pretty big with lots of seating, firepit, an awesome guitar shaped chiminea, nice sized pool, outdoor tv in the gazebo. The owner, Ryan, came later at night and left the next morning.
