"Nice clean friendly place"

"We had fun and it was an interesting hotel. The coffee for breakfast wasn't quite as good as expected, But lovely non the less (I'm a tea drinker, my hubby is the coffee snob) and we walked to a coffee shop that was great so it was all good! The staff was lovely and the room was neat."

"Staff was so friendly, and the hotel was super sweet. My room was great, though I couldn't find the remote to the TV... but nonetheless! Was perfect for the time I was there. The only complaint I have is that the stairs to get into the hotel are classic Montreal and a tad steep. We got quite a lot of snow while I was visiting and the steps weren't shoveled very well. So walking up and down was a bit cumbersome and worrying."

"Room smelled bad, the garbage was full and not changed. The bed was filled with long hair, signs that it was not cleaned. The room was noisy, you could hear the traffic on the street like it’s inside making it hard to sleep. You could also hear the water noise from the upper floors whenever someone flushes the toilet. The bathroom fan was super loud and annoying. "
