"We had a truly memorable week in the Alps! Taconnaz was the perfect base; there are stunning views of the Mont Blanc Massif from the property itself and it is within minutes of Chamonix and the various cable cars in the valley - we used a car mostly, but public transport connections are excellent. We were able to make forays to Lake Geneva and into Courmayeur and the beautiful Val Ferret in Italy via the MB tunnel. "We rented this property for a month. The chalet was the perfect home base for our activities in the Chamonix valley. It is very convenient to the train, buses, shops and restaurants and the chalet itself has a nice layout with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Dru."

"Location: Easy to locate. Just off the main road thru Chamonix so easy access to drive north or south out of town. You can walk everywhere and the train station is also only a 10 min walk away. Staff: Wonderful and helpful. Very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Room: We had a one bedroom that was Wonderful. It was modern, clean and spacious and had the supplies we needed for a 4 night stay. I recommend and certainly would stay here again."
