El propietario, Teófilo, es servicial y simpático.. El apartamento de tres habitaciones serviría cómodamente para tres o cuatro personas, no más. Las habitaciones y los baños están bien amueblados. La sala de estar se siente bastante llena de muebles grandes y poco espacio para moverse. La cocina está bien equipada. Estacionar el auto es un reto. Teo nos encontró un espacio el día de llegada, para que pudiéramos descargar nuestro equipaje. Durante el resto de nuestra estancia, dejamos el automóvil en un aparcamiento público gratuito al otro lado de la ciudad, cerca del río, y caminamos de regreso al apartamento. El centro de la ciudad y los monumentos históricos se encuentran a poca distancia del alojamiento.
