"We enjoyed a lovely week at Virginie and Sylvain's house in St Lunaire. The swimming pool was a real bonus in the hot weather! The house is beautifully presented and is very well-equipped. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding area and plenty of amenities nearby. Virginie and Sylvain are excellent hosts. We would recommend both the house and its owners to future holidaymakers. Rob and Claire, London"

"Die Highlights sind der Pool, der Wintergarten und die sehr freundlichen Vermieter-vielen Dank an Regis! 10 Minuten bis zum schönen Strand. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Bäcker und kleinen Supermarkt. Ruhig und viel Platz für alle. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist ein Sammelsurium, dadurch gibt es aber wirklich alles, was man brauchen könnte. Klare Empfehlung!"

"We enjoyed our stay but there some things not right and not in line with the property description. It was very hot and there were no parasols as in the photos. The owner just said they must have been taken but did not bring any more. This was difficult with young children. Lounge was good and kitchen facilities were OK . Crockery was not in good condition lots of plates but cracked and chipped. Outside table was badly damaged. Barbecue was filthy, rusty and totally unusable Bathrooms were ok...

"We spent a happy ten days at Paule’s house in St Malo. Excellent location for the beach and local shops. Comfy beds and great amenities in the kitchen. Please note there is no bath - but two large showers. The garden is a fantastic space for kids. The driveway is very narrow but it’s easy to park on the street. "A wonderful house & home. All you need for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Comfortable and very well equipped throughout, a lovely warm pool and outdoor areas. (Plus a great barbecue !) Secluded and private, beautiful views across the countryside to the coast and great location very close to local port and towns. We'd happily return and recommend to anyone. Great for 5 of us but with the spacious bedrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, could comfortably sleep 10."

"What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used...
