There is a cleaning fee and deposit, but Mrs. Ficat was very reasonable with any issues that popped up during checkout. Beaches were fabulous, as were many other places that we found or that were recommended to us. Could’ve benefited from a 3rd toilet and shower at the poolside, but we managed without.
