"We were stying at the ROC off season and some of the services were not available. But, overall, the stay was good. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms accommodation was great for a small family reunion. Spa services were enjoyable. Palma attractions could be reached by bus #4 that stopped in front of hotel. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Joan Mero hotel. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff were exceptional in their thoughtfulness and courtesy…(Mira especially!) We had a wonderful room with a large, beautiful terrace, looking out over the ocean… It was so lovely and really made our hotel time here, one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca. If we have the opportunity to come back and stay here, we most definitely will!"

"We were in the 7th floor and the view was wonderful. Kite surfers putting on a show. Don't pass on the Breakfast. Huge spread that includes Champaign. A lot like a Cruise Ship Breakfast. Our only negative is that the shower floor was very slippery. We used a towel on the floor. And during a shower the water temp would get way too hot for a couple seconds at a time, "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Florida and would love to stay again/would gladly recommend. The resort felt quiet compared to others we've booked in the past, and compared to the nearby Son Matias area. Son Matias is walkable though and there are many options for food, drinks, and shopping. The onsite restaurant was very convenient as well. "Great location and found the staff on reception and in general all week to be excellent and helpful - great that there are a couple of blocks and options in terms of pool areas and bars - only slight issue we found is lifts and waiting - because of the split between buildings and separate lifts for getting to beach and main pool, you often have to wait for multiple trips for lift whixh are also really small so if you have a baby and pram like we did you cant fit or share with others so often had...

"Every thing was excellent incl the breakfast. The only thing was that the wooden floor in the bathroom is starting to swell due to water from underneath. Anyhow, it was a great experience would come back again"

"We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "
