Une grande pièce à vivre et une cuisine avec toute la vaisselle dont vous avez besoin qui donne sur un jardin entièrement clos Le tout donnant sur la promenade de Pleneuf Val André et l'on voit la mer dés le matin .... "We enjoyed our stay but there some things not right and not in line with the property description. It was very hot and there were no parasols as in the photos. The owner just said they must have been taken but did not bring any more. This was difficult with young children. Lounge was good and kitchen facilities were OK . Crockery was not in good condition lots of plates but cracked and chipped. Outside table was badly damaged. Barbecue was filthy, rusty and totally unusable Bathrooms were ok...

"We had a lovely stay in this property, the house itself is great but the pool is the shining gem in it's crown! The owner is very responsive and accommodating One thing to note though, is that it is around a 30 minute walk to the nearest shop for the daily fresh bread."

"A wonderful house & home. All you need for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Comfortable and very well equipped throughout, a lovely warm pool and outdoor areas. (Plus a great barbecue !) Secluded and private, beautiful views across the countryside to the coast and great location very close to local port and towns. We'd happily return and recommend to anyone. Great for 5 of us but with the spacious bedrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, could comfortably sleep 10."

"We absolutely loved our holiday at this property. Quiet rural location but only 20 minutes to the main stores ( local shop 5 minutes away). We visited the Rose Granite Coast and many other stunning beaches of the region. We took our dog, to which the property had a large secured garden with a huge forest only 5 minutes away by car.
