As it is not a hotel, you should expect to find cobwebs etc inside of the property since it is in the middle of the woods-so, overall cleanliness was what I expected. The only negatives were-The kitchen sink handle needs to be repaired. It is very loosely attached to the countertop and the handle would continuously come off during use. 2. It was absolutely freezing upstairs. The welcome email mentioned ordering firewood on a kiosk in the hallway, but...

"For a short weekend it was perfect for us. So much to do for both the kids and adults that we didn’t even have to leave the house but did take a nice long walk around the development area. Super friendly hosts that were available when/if you needed them. Highly recommend!"

"The house was equipped with everything you need for a great weekend. Very close to big boulder and only a few more minutes to Jack Frost. We played games, enjoyed the hot tub, and family time. Only downfall was the rooms looked bigger in the pics than they were but we didn’t care. Overall great place"
