Whether you want to sit inside and watch a little TV (all major US channels are available) or relax outside on your private balcony and chat, there are plenty of spaces to spend time with loved ones and soak up the best of the phenomenal coastline.

With a full, modern, kitchen you'll have no trouble at all cooking to your heart's content while you're here! Smooth, cool granite counter tops, mahogany cabinets, and modern stainless-steel appliances make it a joy. Please note that this property is on the ground floor of an apartment building and requires the use of 6 steps to get to the door, therefore it is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Where You Will Sleep: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, access to the veranda, and an attached bathroom with plenty of storage space.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

All rooms have room darkening drapes, folding luggage racks, plenty of hooks for beach towels outside on the veranda and many more thoughtful touches.

Optional Extra: A queen-sized murphy bed is in the living room creating enough space for 6 guests if needed.

‘Permit’ offers even more to its guests…Private kayaks just for the condo: 2 one-seater and a comfortable two-seater kayak for your own personal use, so you don´t have to worry about missing out on one of the kayaks that are for general guests’ usage. The owner even provides fishing rods for your enjoyment!

Guest Access: You can snorkel, swim, float in the pool, melt into the hot tub, read on the pier under the palapa, swim in the crystal clear waters or walk the mile long stretch of beach.
