"We loved the place and Phillie made our check in so easy. We are deeply appreciative and highly recommend this home. We had the space and the setting to enjoy this beautiful area. Four friends had time together but also space for ping pong, swimming, star gazing, walking. Aop"

"The accommodation was average i'd say... kitchen utensils where limited and no dishwasher... there where a few ants about but nothing major... there where 2 ac units one was super cool and the other not so, however a fan was provided.. towels where an issue as it was a beach holiday and we didnt take beach towels. "Hanny was a gracious host. Her property is beautifully maintained and the house was very clean. The view is spectacular and the crystal clear water is just a few steps away. I went in later February and the water was refreshing. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely property, the outside area and pool are fabulous. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Cinzia was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and helped us book a really good boat trip. Couple of good local pizzerias within 15-20 minutes walk, as well as a bar and an excellent bakery. We had a great week! "

"Una vacanza eccellente! I proprietari sono davvero molto gentili e ospitali. Ci hanno accolto con della frutta fresca e ci hanno consigliato tutte le zone da visitare. La casa si trova in una posizione ottimale e in una zona molto tranquilla, pulita e munita di tutti i comfort. Si trova a distanza di 20 min. Dalle principali località : San Vito Lo Capo e Trapani. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood approx 3-4 miles outside of Marsala with lovely views. You will need a car to get around of course. "Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Viele alte Möbel wo überall kaputte Dinge drin waren, das Untergeschoss nur eine Rumpelkammer......

Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung wäre schön, da man sich schon sicher sein möchte, wenn man die steile Auffahrt hoch fährt, dass man dort richtig ist. "Location: The house is located outside Castellamare and you will need a car to reach the beaches (which are spectacular, especially Riserva dello Zingaro, 15 mins by car) There are stores and cafe 2-3 mins driving and the center is only 5 mins driving.
