Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "Absolutely great place. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean, modern room, comfy bed. Some didn’t like the gray theme, but that's the trend. Didn't bother us as everything else was top notch. Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. And based on the person that checked us in, spent the next night in Bardolina on the largest lake in Italy. We had no idea. "

"We did not realize when booking that the residence is separate from the hotel, it is really individual apartments, but when we tried to check in at he hotel they quickly realized and called the person who took us to the apartment.
