"An absolutely fantastic stay at Fabiana's place in rural northern Sardinia. The space is huge, very comfortable, with private outdoor space and a large veranda. While very warm (especially in July) the space was so comfortable we did not mind, and was a great place to relax, read, listen to music, with lots to do nearby, including beautiful beaches 25 mins drive away, and local fruit/vegetable shops to get food to eat out in the sun. A brilliant stay, and we'd definitely return next time...

"Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Rosmarina war prima. Es ist klein,aber fein, perfekt für Paare und auch mit einem Kind. Die Kommunikation war mehr als herrausragend und herzlich. Die Mama vom Vermieter kümmert sich liebevoll um alles und wohnt in der Nähe. Und ein späterer Check Out wurde uns vom Vermieter angeboten, weil die Wohnung erst am Tag danach wieder belegt war. Dafür nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Lorenzo. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße Sandra und Familie."

"In the ad it says that there is internet with Wi-Fi. but only in the reception area. There is no internet in the rooms. The pool service is limited and the restaurant is expensive and has little variety."

"My friends and I had the most incredible time staying at this stunning villa in San Teodoro. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of perfection. The villa itself is a true gem. It's spacious, beautifully designed across 2 floors, and has incredible balcony and garden views of the coastline. The location of the villa was also ideal. "Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...
