High School Reunion trip
This place was perfect…for all of our needs perfectly. Location was amazing…near the location of our HS reunion and the house I grew up in…plus the Squirrel Hill business district. An 11 out of 10!!!!

Excellent rental
Perfect location with CVS right around the corner and Giant Eagle close by. Plenty of street parking. First floor bedroom has it's own bathroom (shower was a bit weird being so small). Small bathroom for visitors behind the front door was a bonus. Second floor bathroom is newly renovated (beautiful). Fully stocked with everything you need. Very spacious. Love the Keurig coffee maker.

Our stay was very pleasant. Property was clean. Check in process was very smooth. We didn't find any issues during our stay. Our aunt and uncle used the bedroom downstairs. When it was clod, they used space heaters. Over we had Positive stay.

The first floor bedroom has a queen bed that we considered too creeky that necessitated moving to a different bedroom and have only one person sleep in the middle of the bed on the ground floor. In the upstairs bedroom with the king bed, there is a sizeable bulge in the ceiling that the owner may want to address.

The property was as photographed. The bathrooms and kitchen appeared to be recently remodeled. Fluffy towels! Nice bedding. All very clean inside. We had 8 adults (all over 65) so the top bunk bed was a bit challenging but it was very sturdy and not a safety issue for us. There is no access to the backyard or basement (as noted in the description) so be aware that there is no second exit. The host was exceptionally responsive to any questions we had. We would stay there again.

Our family had an enjoyable stay in Pittsburgh in this quiet Squirrel Hill neighborhood. The home was clean and tidy. The contact person was nice to deal with. The home is older and rather barebones, minimally furnished with dated items. The basics were provided but there were no amenities to speak of. It helped our opinion of this property that we stayed out from early morning until evening and spent little time in the home. Parking for three cars was easy. Having a nice playground within a one block walk excited the young kids in our group. Overall, we felt the home was overpriced and wouldn’t return there for the poor value.

Great home and location!
Our family stayed in the house on S. Negley and I was a little concerned about the owners being there while we were there, but there were absolutely no concerns after I saw how securely locked the door to the lower level was from the rest of the house. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for family meals, bathrooms were great, and the whole house was very clean and neat. As we were driving to the home, we saw that we were near the college and saw many college students walking in town, and I thought we would be in a noisy neighborhood, but it was a beautiful, quiet, and very safe home and neighborhood. This is a great place for a family or a group gathering. Emily was very gracious and helpful with the house questions I had and extra tips about the neighborhood! Thank you, Emily!

We met as an extended family and had plenty of room to sleep, eat, and gather. The bunk room and extra half bath added so much versatility. House was immaculately clean and well-situated near everything.

Everything was great and as listed!! Would definitely stay here again. Spacious rooms, spacious beds, and a nice kitchen. If you'd rather eat out try Pamela's. We ate at the Murray Street location...worth the 10 minute walk for sure!!

Great Location
We loved that everything was within walking distance. Uber was really scarce in the area. The house is literally stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms were very spacious. The ONLY downfall that I will never understand is the lack of TVs. One tv in a 4 bedroom house is not cool. It rained our whole trip so we stayed inside a lot. 8 ppl and one tv became a real pain. Especially for the kids. Otherwise would definitely recommend.
