-Our home has 2 cozy fireplace features which just invites you to snuggle up in one of the many extra blankets for a fun movie night on the two large smart TV's with complimentary Netflix. We are sure you can find something for the whole family to enjoy watching, perhaps with a bowl of popcorn!
-Workspace for remote working is located in the master bedroom, featuring a very comfortable office chair and desk. Try not to get too distracted day dreaming as you enjoying the great view of the city out the window behind the desk. We include fast WIFI so you never miss a meeting. A notepad, pen, scissors, tape, and a bright desk lamp are provided so you can get your work done as if you were at the office and enjoy the pleasures of working in a new location.
-The space was professionally designed with boho-modern furnishings but also with children in mind, providing toys (Duplo Legos, lacing boards, puzzles, board games and books) for all ages, a highchair, step stool, and a pack-n-play with a 2" memory foam mattress and 100% organic cotton crib sheet and blanket, making sure they have the best environment to thrive, by reducing harmful household toxins and having a beautiful yet secure place to stay….so as a parent you can truly kick back and relax.

-In the summer the whole house is cooled by window air conditioning units in every room which allows each guest to set their preferred temp for optimum comfort.
-Secure 2 car garage conveniently accessible with remote and one off street parking area. Also the street has 24hour free parking on both sides.

-The property features a bathroom on every floor of this 3 story home. A half bath on the first and third floor and a full bath on the second.
The full bathroom has a luxurious deep soaker tub, a separate shower featuring 2 different head options, heated floor, and towel warmer.
What some of our guests don’t like about our listing:
-The floors can creak some as this is an older home, however it has been newly remodeled and professionally designed.
-Some of the windows stick shut as they are still the old cast-iron weighted windows. This is part of the charm of an older home, although they are planned to be replaced next year.
-Potential for noise from the restaurants up the street in summer as they have outdoor dining areas with live musicians.
-Our home has a basement suites with a long-term tenant living there, which has the potential for some noise. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units.
-Our seasonal spa is only available May through October and is closed during the other months as it is an inflatable spa and cannot handle the cold winter temperatures. Plants and some out door furniture are placed in storage during the winter.
Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Featuring a variety of sleeping options with a King bed in the master, queen bed, full-bed, two twin beds and the bonus room is equipped with a brand new queen memory foam floor-mattress, if needed, which fits comfortably in the living room area, as well as a Portable crib with mattress. All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens.
The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at your own home.
There is keyless entry to the home with a unique door code which will be provided to you after you book with us.
We have exterior cameras on the front, side, and garage of the house that record to the cloud 24/7 for security purposes.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with less than 10 reviews or a rating of 4.5 star or lower will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guest with new profiles with less than 10 reviews , these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questions and may be required to pay $750 security deposit (which is refundable) before reservation may be confirmed.
If your group reservation is for 8 or less guests, yet would wish to have use of the floor mattress, it can be provided upon request before check-in.
