I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. They were very nice once they arrived but checked me into a room that had not been cleaned. In my new upgraded room, the drain wouldn’t drain so I had to prop it open with the soap dish. I couldn’t get a Kleenex out of the box because they were jammed in the box, and when I opened the shower, it smelled like sewage. I travel a lot for work and have pretty low expectations for my hotel stays - nice shower and comfy bed - but this seemed to be an issue after an issue. I also was hoping for a glass of wine to take to my room, but they are waiting to renew their liquor license 😢. Overall, I will probably choose a different hotel if I’m back in the area.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff, the comfortable room, and the convenient location which allowed easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Just the location of this hotel is little bit off but not a big deal. Free car parking is a plus.

For our first time staying in Pittsburgh, the hotel personnel were absolutely amazing and helpful. Great customer service by Anthony and Molly. The only thing I Did not like, the rooms need to be updated. Other than that, this is a great place to stay with your family.

The room was more spacious than imagined since I ordered a single room with a king size bed! It was quiet …and bed was heavenly. It soothed my already stressed nerves from a trip with much needed rest. Thank you too for the free breakfast!
