The place was spotless. However, I found it unnecessary for the front desk staff to ask our group to keep the noise down during checkout. We weren’t loud when we arrived, and just because I had balloons, it was unfair to assume we were causing a disturbance or having a party. She said " I see you have balloons and having a party." No party just balloons because it was my son's birthday.

Check out wasn’t until 12, I drove 18 hours with children to go to a funeral, I didn’t arrive until late anyways so not getting my full stay regardless then I had loud neighbors and rude. At 8am the house keeping lady came and again at 10 and again at 11.

Definitely not up to the rating on this property. Difficult to get to from the street. WiFi didn't work. Staff was not able to help. I finally had to use the hotspot from my phone. Breakfast selection pretty skimpy. I did like the smaller feel to the property. Parking was good once you figure out how to get there from the street.

Disappointing Breakfast
The hotel is reasonably new so the facilities were fine other than the scratch marks all the way down the hall on our floor. The scratch marks were from the cleaning carts being scrapped against the walls. The hot water in the shower was very slow to get hot and even though there were four of us in the room, they only gave us three towels every day of our three day stay. The breakfast was disappointing. It was supposed to be ready at 6:30 but was 15-30 minutes late each morning. One morning there was no coffee until 6:45. When asked, the staff had a less than caring response.

Really need to change television size. In todays aga of tv's, 32" is $20 less than a 55" so have some pitty on the older generation and upgrade them so you can actually see the tv guide on the screen without getting out of bed to do so. Otherwise very nice place to stay
