Bedroom 1 & 2: Each equipped with a comfortable queen bed and a twin trundle underneath.
Main Suite: Offers a queen bed, a twin fold-out chair, a kids' nook, and a luxurious walk-in tile shower with a double vanity.
The living area boasts a window bar, a sleeper sofa, and cozy seating for 10, creating an inviting space for relaxation and socializing. The main floor features a full bathroom and dressing area conveniently located off the eat-in kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove with hood, and garbage disposal. You'll have all the amenities of home to make your stay convenient.
For your convenience, laundry facilities are located in the basement and shared with Slim Forsythe himself, who resides on the property. The Amphitheater may be used for small gatherings during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm-8:00 am Sunday-Thursday and 11:00 pm-9:00 am Friday-Saturday.
PRIMARY GUEST REQUIREMENTS: Guests must be 21+ to book and complete a check-in form after booking confirmation.
DAMAGE PROTECTION: We offer Damage Protection via Guesty Shield. Report any damage immediately to the host. A $60 damage protection fee is included in your booking and is non-refundable.
