This hotel is very dated and the remnants of the days of smoking indoors is still very apparent all throughout. The room (317’s) bathroom was like a college dorm or worse. A rusted out metal stand to set bathroom items on and a piece of wood glued to two metal rods hanging as a shelf was all there was. The shower head is what you would expect in a campground. Truly, this one is ready for a complete demolition. There are many more very new hotels within walking distance of this one that I would recommend over staying here having not even been in the others. I trusted the Hilton name with this one and it was a mistake.

I have stayed here a number of times over the years for weddings reunions etc… and when it was under different ownership, and it has really gone downhill in so many ways! It started with a us being the seven I. Line to check-in at 5:00. 30 min. passed before the”manager” came around from the back and asked for ‘the next person’ when we went forward and gave our name he did not look up at us, did not greet us, did not smile at us… only stared at the computer screen w/ a scowl on his face, punching keys. He only looked up to say”We don’t have a king bed room like you reserved available.” Now mind you it 5:00 PM and check-in is at 4:00PM. He proceeds to cite several excuses and cannot give us the lower price on the queen bed room because we paid ahead on Expedia. So because we had no choice and had somewhere we had to be we too the room. He offer free breakfast during one of our mornings there. At that time I told the manager I wanted housekeeping service on the next morning (Sunday), he said he put it in the computer. This hotel has an odor of wet dirty socks throughout the halls and in our room. It was very pronounced! The room although clean was d and the bathroom in disrepair. The porcelain around drain in the tub was chipped and rusted. On Sunday we were out of the room at 8:40 AM and returned to get cleaned-up & change for dinner at 5 PM and housekeeping hadn’t touched our room . I called to complain and they sent the supervisor who gave excuse after excuse!

There was a gentleman Tim that helped us out with an issue we hed checking in and he was AWESOME! We had another guy there that had a beard and a mustache that was as rude and awful as anyone could be and Tim came out and helped me tremendously

Our guest room was very clean and modernized. We were disappointed that the King size bed and room we reserved was not available and we were given a room with 2 double queen beds. The hotel was very quiet so, I don't understand how this happened. Additionally, I was charged a $50 charge on top of the room charge. When I asked the front desk at checkout why, I was told it was to cover any room charges. This did not add up because the meal we had in the restaurant was not charged back to our room and instead, was put on my credit card. When I asked at checkout about the $50 charge, I was told I needed to work this out with Expedia, who I booked through! The hotel is nice and located next door to the casino and many shopping and restaurants.

I was in a handicap room and the bathroom was very dangerous. I almost fell every time I took a shower. There’s no edge to the shower so ALL of the water and soap ran down to the drain in the middle of the floor and ran over to the carpet in the room. We had to beg the housekeeper for extra towels to put on the floor of the bathroom. I normally put my slippers on the bathroom floor so I can put them on after the shower. Nothing could be on the floor. Theres no room in the bathroom to get ready. I had to use the table in the room for my hair and makeup. That was the only table in the room other than one nightstand. I was very disappointed with my stay. The pool was closed for 2 of our days and it rained the last day. I do aqua therapy and really needed to use the pool. Jeffery at the front desk was a rockstar! He’s quite the gem! Great personality and was very helpful. The first room they had us in, was also a handicap room and had blowers on the carpet because of the same type of shower. It’s very dangerous. Would not recommend the property.

The toilet ran randomly and was SOOO loud. The air conditioning was intermittent at best and they offered no breakfast, except their expensive dining room option. You have to walk down steps to get to the elevator and the side doors dont help. One luggage cart for this six floored hotel. Hilton sucks man, just sucks.

Very Disappointed
When we arrived we were put into a room that smelled like backup sewerage. The lady was very nice and put us in another room. We had no shower curtain and the bathroom smelled like a nursing home. The rest of the room smelled better. The couch was dirty with black soot on the arms. We always stay here, but this will be our last time.
