Responsive property manager. Super kind and made the process super easy. Townhome was clean, comfortable, and as described. Would 100% stay here again!
This was my first time staying at this property and I will definitely rent here again! The communication was amazing and I loved the fact that the owner sent me the nicest email the day of my check in with all the information I needed and restaurant recommendations. This house has everything you need and was so clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the person next door was very nice! Highly recommend!
The owner was VERY responsive and extremely helpful. The home was exactly as pictured and described. There is a park directly across the street with walking paths that made it very nice and easy for us to exercise our dogs. They have a basketball court there too that our family used as well. Location was perfect as only about 8 minutes to Pitt.
My friends and I had a great time staying at this property. The home was very clean and beds were very comfy. There was a lot of space for parking.
Neighborhood was quiet and a short drive to all of the areas we wanted to explore on a weekend trip.
Nawfel was very accommodating and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area. Thanks!
House as advertised but is in an area that is in transition so not feeling it would be a place to take a night time walk. House is as advertised and was clean with all listed linens. Could use a couple of small items like extra toilet paper, paper towels, and a drainboard in the kitchen but overall and exceptable experience.

Disliked: Location
Rough Neighborhood
The neighborhood is somewhat rough. Smell of marijuana from next door. People were nice, but we were a little uncomfortable there and didn’t feel very safe.
The home was clean and exactly like the pictures. Many of the furnishings seemed brand new.
Nawfel sent welcome emails. I felt like I could get help if we needed, but we didnt need anything. They even had a stocked coffee section.
The home is in a changing area. We felt safe and walked to restaurants and coffee shops. They weren't next door, but we don't mind a little walk. Note, the house is at the top of the hill. When you walk down, you will have to walk up to get back :-) The view from the top of the hill/ reservoir park directly across from the house is pretty cool. We even saw deer twice while walking our pup. Super convenient for dog walking or a trip to the playground.

I booked this property for 3 nights for myself, my wife and our two teenager girls. When we got there around 9:30 pm we were first struck by the area around the house as there were no pictures of the outside of the house on the listing. Certainly done purposely to hide the bushy and trashy environment around the house.
Then we went inside to take a look. Though the house was globally clean and organized, there was a strong old house smell in the home with a few webs and spiders/bugs. The laundry room looked like an abandoned place with growing vegetation and a broken door, making us feel unsafe. Again, those pictures of the laundry area are purposely not posted in the listing. At that point we decided not to stay in the house and left. From our car, we booked a hotel room and drove there, then notified the host.
Our mistake when booking this property was to overlook the pictures. We wish the host had posted all the pictures showing all the components of the house, but it seemed to us like that was omitted intentionally.
Convenient and comfortable, but could use some attention
Our gps took us directly to this location. We were a little confused because the grass was high, so we thought the place was abandoned. A rush of hot air greeted us as we walked in the door. Thankfully, once we
Ran the AC units for a few hours, room temperatures were comfortable. The rental came as described with a spacious bathroom and two comfortable beds.
However, only 5 bath towels, one hand towel and 3 wash cloths were provided
For 5 people. When I tried to do laundry, there was
No detergent on the dryer as described in the listing. The owner did offer to deliver detergent, but we
Declined because we were
Headed out for the evening.
Both skillets looked as if they were put away dirty. I washed them before using them, but felt inclined to wash all other dishes as well, just in case.
The kitchen was well stocked. plus the appliances worked well.
We felt safe in the neighborhood. However we
Could smell “pot” both mornings in our unit.
Worst of all, the last morning, I happened to be in the kitchen while someone was taking a shower. A gurgling sound from the sink drew my attention to the fact that the used shower water was
Backwashing into the kitchen sink. Once it drained, shower debris remained in the kitchen sink. So much for feeling sanitary about washing my dishes.
The area around the house was unkempt and filled with trash. Felt very nervous in the area. We went inside very small which was okay. Tried to sign into wifi not the correct password. I then tried to call owner to get right password and went straight to Verizon as a disconnected number. At this point we did not stay.
