South side is a vibrant neighborhood filled with dining and shopping as well as night life. This apartment is in a prime location in the heart of an entertainment district, moderate city noise should be expected.
Getting Around:
Public transportation is extremely efficient and convenient from this location. The apartment is surrounded by free street parking which is usually ample but as with any major city can be more challenging if looking for parking later into the evening.
Other Things to Note:
One off Street parking spot is available for purchase at the apartment building next door. Cost is $10 per night, please let me know if interested in advance. This is first come first serve as it is shared with the other listing in the building.
Free street parking is generally available however this is a high traffic residential neighborhood. As with any large city parking near the apartment is not guaranteed during peak demand times such as weekends and evenings. The neighborhood is highly walkable and public transportation extremely efficient for guests who plan on parking and exploring the city without their vehicle.
