Great House for a Large Family
Our large family enjoyed staying here for Christmas. The game room, pool table, fire pit, large living areas, large kitchen, and comfortable beds were great. The house was very clean and very nice. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect Family Getaway!
This house and property was the perfect spot for our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Here are so many areas of the house where your whole group can be together or you have places for a few! The kids bedroom was a perfect space for our 4 but you could get another 4 easily! The extras took it over the top with the separate game room, pool and the kayaks!

This home was perfect for our family of 9! A great view is important to us and this one was fabulous!!!
We enjoyed the view, the spacious home, the kayaks, the firepit, the pool table, the little towns of Pittsburg and Mt. Pleasant. We spent a lot of time around the huge kitchen table, visiting, singing, enjoying that VIEW! The outside space is wonderful but it was a little cool to be out much. We would love to come back in the summer!

Lake view, pool vibes, and plenty of room!
We visited a group of friends from church (10 of us total) and had the best weekend. Plenty of room to spread out in the house, including two game rooms for hanging out. We loved that there were king beds in almost every bedroom and plenty of bathrooms to make our full group feel comfortable and at home. Perfect view of the sunset from the house, porch, or pool!

We had a great family vacation! We never left the house. The house is beautiful & the kitchen is well stocked! The swimming pool, lake & pool table kept us quite entertained. Our host Trudi was wonderful to work with. Very helpful & always available to answer any questions.

This beautiful house is large, which made it very comfortable for our family of twelve. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and lake, and made good use of the pool table, ping pong, and other games. We definitely plan to come back and enjoy it again!

Family Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house, pool and lake. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our twelve people to be very comfortable. We have used several vacation rentals in recent years, and none have been as well equipped with appliances, icemakers, refrigerators, kitchen and bar utensils as this house. We spent a lot of time in the pool, used the kayaks for fun and fishing, and rented a boat to explore the lake. We also make good use of the pool table, ping pong, and other games that were provided. We know there are restaurants, and interesting things to see and do in the area, but our entire family was enjoying the house and it's amenities so much, that we didn't take time to get out. We can do that next time, because we will be back! The Jubenvilles were excellent hosts, very responsive to any questions we had, and did a wonderful job of making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Family Reunion success!
We were a group of 13, 8 adults and 5 kids. Everyone commented on how comfortable the mattresses were. The house is large with lots of space to gather. We all loved the large kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake! The pool table room was a big hit and the kids loved the upper level. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We spent lots of time in the pool and enjoyed the floats and sitting area. Kids enjoyed the kayaks on the lake and we appreciated being able to dock our boat in the slip. Lake water was the perfect temperature! We all had a blast! The property manager on call was very helpful and quick to respond. We hope to come back next year!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Very well maintained! Easy access to lake! It has its own boat dock! The home has an amazing kitchen! It’s well equipped! Several choices of coffee makers. The pool table was such fun. We all seemed to congregate there when we were tired of the swimming pool. And the swimming pool was perfect! It’s very private yet there are things to see if you want to venture out. I love this place and it’s location! You made our family time even more memorable! Thank you 💞💐

Lakeside Luxury
We loved our stay in Pittsburg TX. The house was beautiful, well equipped, rooms spacious, and the hostess very responsive. Trudy even assisted with a last minute request for on-site fishing gear without batting an eye. We enjoyed the sun room views, personal bathrooms for each space, & large kitchen for meals. Outside there is a great space for yard games, ping pong in the garage, family pool time and dock fishing. We rented a pontoon boat and loved how calm & quiet Lake Bob Sandlin was. Floating in coves by day and finishing off with a sunset cruise. 10 out of 10; would stay again!
