"This is a shared property with the owner. Have not struck this before however there were no issues. Not being able to use the kitchen other than for breakfast, meant dining out each night was the only option, but New Plymouth has some great restaurants."

"We stayed overnight for a concert. Jan and Andre were great hosts. The location was quiet and the house was so interesting and beautiful. The breakfast and conversation the next morning was the best though. We would highly recommend staying at Tivoli."

"Rachel was warm and welcoming. She could not do enough to help us and make recommendations of what to do and where to eat. We had an easy walk to most things and the Park across the road is amazing.If ever you go to New Plymouth you must stay at Hosking House."
