"Fantastic hotel! Definite must if in Pistoia! Rooms are really nice, they are loud if you keep the window open there’s a lot of people walking down that street all hours of the night. But with the window closed it’s great!"

"We had the top floor room with its own rooftop terrace. Very large and comfortable space with great views from every window. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.
