"Beautiful hotel, great location, mostly friendly staff. The hotel itself is spacious, modern and well appointed. A kettle was provided to my room on request and extra towels provided without issue. I was however refused a Cyprus coffee with my breakfast which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard (and in Cyprus) and the breakfast staff seemed disinterested in any form of customer service other than to stand guard around the buffet. "Enjoyed our stay here. Some property issues (fridge broken but they replaced it the next month t, air conditioning unit leaking) but the room was nice and the pool very clean. Would have been difficult to get a sun lounger if it had been any fuller. Food on site was better than expected. Bizarrely wouldn’t give us two keys for the room which is odd when there is more than one of you and you might want to go off and do different things!"
