This was the 2nd time we stayed here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The apartment has everything you need, whether you eat out or eat in.
Washing machine, dishwasher, TV (with UK channels), DVD, fast wi-fi are all there if you need them. The furniture is comfortable and four of us stayed a week with plenty of space for all and no falling over each other.
Not a place for anyone with mobility problems, as there are only stairs to the 2nd floor and a short steep hill to climb into the village square, but once you make it to the apartment, you have a fantastic view of Akrotiri Bay and the surrounding hills and plains.
This was our main reason for returning.
The weather is great in September, we had 30 degrees everyday, although this was a little higher than usual.
Pissouri is a lovely village if you want to avoid hundreds of tourists. There is a a local ex-pat community so there is no language barrier There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from cheap to mid-range prices and the staff are all friendly.
Once out of the village square the place is very quiet at night. No traffic noise, loud music or drunken tourists to disturb you on the balcony while you end the night star watching.
