Very nice and clean property. Close to the beach and Avila Beach. Only issue I had was there was a little bit of mold on the shower curtain on the inside and the hot water took a long time to get hot.

This is our second stay at this inn. We love the privacy, the decor, the friendliness of the staff and the location. A nice walk to the beach, restaurants and easy access to Hwy 101. We will be back on our next trip through central CA.

Great little motel! The staff was very friendly the room was beyond my expectation with heated tiles in the bathroom and on top of that they had a heated pool. It’s also in a very walkable location for dining and supplies
