Experience paradise in Pismo at the Beachside Bliss! Newly updated decor and furnishings! This sparkling three-story home is located just one block from beach access, and only a few blocks from the main downtown area! 6 guests fit comfortably within the 3 bedrooms; we provide a double-height air mattress to accommodate 8. Each of the three bedrooms feature comfy queen beds, and flat screen smart TV's. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has its own bathroom across the hallway! A half-bath is conveniently located on the main living second floor. The second floor balcony patio has a gas bbq and dining seating, and the rooftop deck has a dining table plus lounge chairs. In the garage you will find an arcade with over 400 games, board games, beach gear (ice chests, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels), and baby gear (highchair, pack-n-play, stroller)! One car can fit in the garage with the ping-pong table set up, two cars if the ping-pong table is folded. All the amenities you need are provided: a fully stocked kitchen for cooking/baking, coffee, WiFi, 4k flat-screen smart TV in the living room, ceiling fans in each bedroom & living room, a flat screen TV in the garage specifically for hooking up your gaming system, towels & linens, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, interior walls insulated for sound and privacy, soft water system.

Being a family that is used to booking hotels in Pismo Beach we never considered renting a home. I’m not know why we didn’t do it sooner! This place has everything and more. From check-in to overall cleanliness and location, This had it all. Will definitely be recommending this location to others.

Lovely, well stocked home. Good location close to beach, downtown, restaurants etc. Some enjoyed hiking, some enjoyed playing poker in Grover Beach and others hitting the beach.

Nice place, great location! All the comforts of home, and our hosts thought of everything.
We spent a lovely 10 days here with our family. This house was great! It was comfortable, everyone had there own space. It's within walking distance of so much and driving distance of so much more. We will definitely do this again.

Perfect getaway!
The location was perfect just a short 5 min walk to the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay house was very clean and the ping pong table and gaming system in the garage was hit. I have a 4star in cleanliness only due to the outside grills on both levels being dirty and had lots of spider webs in and outside of the grill . I messaged the owner with my concerns and they were very apologetic, as they use an outside cleaning source to maintain home. That was my only complaint. I would love to book another stay here in the future and will recommend this home to family and friends.

Perfect accommodations at best location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & wish we could have stayed longer! This house is well stocked with kitchen, bath, linen, and beach activity necessities. All PIsmo Beach shops, restaurants, and the pier are a short walk. The balcony views can't be beat! Owner communication is easy, quick, and pleasant.

What a great place to stay
We were so surprised at how beautiful this place was. The condo was extremely clean, so well decorated and we we're greeted with an island in the kitchen full of snacks and welcoming items not to mention things in the fridge if we needed them. This was the most welcomed I have ever felt. The location is perfect you can walk to town and the beach within 5 min. Truly a wonderful place to stay. I will stay here every year!!

Amazing and very relaxing!
Our stay was great! The house was clean, very comfortably accommodated six adults and the amenities were far greater than expected. The owners thoughtfully left a welcome note and goodies which were a pleasant surprise. We would love to return here together or with our families. Great location and close proximity to the beach. Very very wonderful trip!

Great place and location!
We had a great stay! The house was clean, well stocked and easy to communicate with the owners. The arcade game was a hit and thank you for providing beach towels, chairs and an umbrella to make it easier! We will be back! Only thing we wish we’d had was a washer/dryer for that long a stay.

Our second time at this home!
This is our second time staying in the home. Location is the best… walking distance to the pier and all the delicious food in the area. Because this was our second time staying here, I was comparing our stay to the first and there were a few minor issues that we encountered but the owner was very communicative. Clean, cozy, and convenient.
