Convenient check in via email and keypad at the front door. Friendly neighborhood with easy access to Pismo downtown and beach. Nice boogie boards and beach chairs to use in the spacious garage. Did need to get our own beach towels, shampoo, bath soap, coffee. Noise from the freeway does not allow for open windows on the back side of the condo so more fans in the bedrooms would have been great, or AC for hotter nights

Nice getaway
We enjoyed staying at this condo. The cool breeze coming kept it cool inside so no ac was needed. The short walk to the beach and shops was great. Neighborhood was very quiet. Overall wonderful stay! Thank you.

Our Pismo Beach Stay
We had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was clean and well maintained and equipped. Our hosts, Mary and Marvin, communicated with us in a very timely manner with any of our questions regarding our stay. We look forward staying again in the future and would certainly recommend this condo to family and friends if they were looking to stay in Pismo Beach.

Great location with plenty of activities
This place is perfect for a family of 6 or less. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the necessary cutlery to make any meal. But most important is the location. You are literally 4 small blocks from the beach and any type of restaurant you desire. Added bonus you are a 10min walk to Old West Cinnamon rolls which are so delicious.

Clean and Convenient
Our family loved our short stay here. It was exactly as we expected. We were in town for a wedding and it was a very convenient location and the condo had everything that 5 of us needed to get ready. The condo was clean and fully equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Proximity to the beach, garage parking and condition of beds were great. Future visitors should be aware that this property was run down. Carpets were soiled, the sliding patio doors were very difficult to open, dining room chair broken, towels had holes, air vents extremely dirty, oven dirty and triggered smoke alarm and bathroom tile was mouldy.

Location location location! We parked on arrival & walked everywhere! Made notes to owner who addressed them immediately. Kitchen could use a little better supplies (many dishes chipped) but we managed & had a great visit, even barbqued for our 89 year old aunt

Mary/Marvin the hosts were excellent in communicating with us. They accommodated an earlier check-in time and offered a phone number for contact if we had any issues. The condo was nice enough and was accurately portrayed on the VRBO site. I would describe the neighborhood as "ok" and "in transition". Overall, it served our purposes.

We had a great time in this location. Near the beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed our daily walks with the sound of the ocean. The restaurants along the boardwalk were exceptional and with the shopping downtown we truly enjoyed ourselves! We were able to park our cars in the garage. Unfortunately, this is what we found upon arrival: 1. Dark dirty spot in carpet on the first floor bedroom 2. Kitchen counters dirty & sticky 3. Hair stuck on the walls with buggers 4. Dirty refrigerator 5. Milk left in refrigerator; Ice cream left in freezer 6. Den carpet was dirty 7. Kitchen and bathrooms floors were dirty 8. Hangers: Bedroom closet first floor: 7/20 Vacuum closet: 0/10 Upstairs bedroom #1: 1/20 Upstairs Bedroom #2: 17/20 I've stayed in many VBRO properties in my lifetime. This one was not as clean as the others. The location was perfect!
