Pearly & Lois, is a family home fully renovated in 2023. It holds cherished memories of family gatherings and is now waiting for you to add your own when visiting the Brevard area, Pisgah National & Dupont State Forest.

Located on the bank of the Davidson River, guests can view those fly fishing or anglers can reserve their own private spot through Davidson River Outfitters. Public access to Davidson River is approximately a mile upriver just inside the Pisgah National Forest.

Pearly & Lois is the perfect vantage point for biking the area or those looking to hike or mountain bike. DuPont and Pisgah trailheads are only a short distance away.

After a long day of hiking, biking, fishing or exploring the area, our cozy bungalow offers all you will need to rest, relax and re-energize for your next adventure.

It was nice to be able to stay so near the entrance to Pisgah national forest. This home has lots of character and all of the provisions needed for a wonderful visit.

Great proximity to town and Forests. This home is clean and well cared for. Interesting neighborhood along the river. It was quiet and the river view was a treat. Great for outdoor enthusiasts.

A nice getaway
Spent 4 days enjoying the trails of Pisgah with a ton of rain. The house was very comfortable and clean and absolutely ideal location. Would definitely come back. Beautiful property/location with the Davidson river literally across the street. For hiking,mountain biking, fishing or anything outdoor related this would make an ideal stay.

This property is exactly as described. Its so cute and charming and the most perfect location. 2 identical bathrooms, which was nice to have. I really enjoyed waking up and looking at the horses in the pasture. My only complaint was that the bed kind of sagged in the middle, but it wasn't too bad.

They have done a wonderful job restoring this house while maintaining the charm of the original structure. The location can't be beaten, short drive or bike ride to everything you want to do in Pisgah and Brevard.

Long Weekend in Brevard
We loved our long weekend at Pearly and Lois! It truly felt like a home away from home and we loved every detail. Our son fell in love with the view and the backyard as well. We hope to visit again!

Adorable Place, Great Location
We had a fabulous stay with our family of four (2 adults and 2 children (11 & 8). The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you would need. The back of the house has a beautiful view of the mountains and a stable, which was a favorite for the kids. Closely located to Pisgah National Forest, downtown Brevard, and local breweries.

Perfect Little Cottage
My wife, myself and my brother were in Brevard for a family reunion and The Assault on the Carolinas. This was a perfect place to stay! My brother and I grew up in Brevard in the 60’s and 70’s. Neither could remember the last time we were on Davidson River Road, but what a treat. The location is so peaceful and yet only minutes from the center of town. The house has been lovingly restored into a perfect weekend retreat.

This place is adorable, you can tell the owners really cared to preserve its charm. It is comfortable and has everything you need. The bed was SO comfortable. The perfect spot for our little family to warm up after a camping trip. Will definitely stay again if we come back to this area!
