Perfect for families & friends! Super clean and spacious, Abundant Joy is waiting for you! Nestled on a private, 3+ acre wooded lot with a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Enjoy High-speed internet, DirecTV, Corn Hole, Pool Table, Hot Tub, Fire Pit and a fenced-in yard.

This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has a living room with a fireplace on each floor. We also have 2 pull-out sofas and memory foam floor mattresses that are very comfortable for extra guests.

Experience mountain elegance with a designer's touch. Perfect for travelers who want the peace of country living in 4-star accommodations. This is not grandma's cabin! Everything is up-to-date, sparkling clean, and new with all of the creature comforts that you need. Artistic touches abound throughout this beautiful home.

Delight in our new outdoor hot tub for a midnight soak surrounded by nature.
The hot tub and fireplaces make it perfect for a romantic couples retreat. Even a private massage can be arranged upon request. The master suite will delight couples with its king bed and gorgeous bathroom that equals any 4+ star hotel room.

The beds are super comfortable. The linens are luxurious and high quality with goose down duvets, Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. We have plenty of linens and towels for extra guests.

Abundant Joy has internet and flat-screen TVs on each floor and in the master bedroom, all with DirectTV.

Our Billiards Room has a regulation size, 9' table., a flat-screen TV, and a leather futon to accommodate extra guests.

You'll enjoy our two wood-burning fireplaces. and our outdoor fire pit.

Easily accessed by car (you don't need an SUV and there are no scary dirt roads to drive), we are just a short 12-minute scenic and paved drive into downtown Brevard where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The Brevard Music Center is located minutes from downtown Brevard. It is home to the BMC Summer Festival and the Mountain Song Festival. We have a carport for easy unloading and lots of parking. The house has a balcony, a screened-in porch, and a gas grill.

We are very close to great hiking trails, gorgeous waterfalls, Dupont State Forest, Sliding Rock, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Private waterfall tours to nearby waterfalls can be arranged upon request. Both hiking and roadside waterfall tours are available. We know how to make your vacation special! Relax in Abundant Joy!

The house was perfect. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from the back porch was nice. It was so peaceful to sit on the porch. Also the house was convenient to Brevard. The area and neighborhood is beautiful.

Great home base for an adventure vacation!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The deck and hot tub are excellent for relaxing after a day of hiking or biking. Luanne was thoughtful enough to drop us off pastries one morning, which was greatly appreciated! The entire family had a fantastic week, from grandpa to the baby and dogs.

My wife and I stayed here for our Anniversary weekend. The house was perfect. It was clean and a great location. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. We had a question when we first arrived and reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Will definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway
It was so beautiful and great quality time with friends. A little far from stuff so bring your groceries and drinks! Hot tub was great! We mountain bikes and visited Asheville! Would definitely come back!

I cannot say enough about this well stocked home and the cleanliness throughout. The view from back porch was stunning. The property manager here is the most responsive i have encountered. We travel alot. The house is secluded into the forest We will be back and this is my favorite stay.

Dawns 60th birthday
We wanted a place close to Brevard NC that had plenty of space, There were 3 couples so we wanted 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Let the Good Times Roll was the perfect fit, We enjoyed playing pool in the evenings and jumped in the hot tube at all times of the day. The drive to Brevard was short and sweet, and the property was easy to find, GREAT PLACE !!

The Best VRBO Experience!
Location was short distance from most anything business/restaurant. (10-15 minutes) Walked in the home to hear relaxing music playing on TV. Warmth in the home and the lights were on. It felt very welcoming! Host was quick to respond to every email and even texted. Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay at her other properties.

ABSOLUTEY PERFECT
We could not have asked for a better home to enjoy the Brevard area. House was perfect, spotless, well equipped with everything we needed and Luanne was absolutely fantastic in terms of insuring our stay was going well, quick response with any questions, and her suggestions for places to eat/drink, visit were spot on. Great getaway spot!
The pictures don't tell the whole story. This house offers total privacy with a long range view of the mountains in the distance. You cannot see another house in any direction from anywhere on this property. We drove into Asheville for a concert (45 minutes) and into Brevard (15 minutes) during our stay, and both were very easy trips. Very roomy house with everything you could need. Will definitely try to book again in the future.

Fun at Abundant Joy
This is a wonderful home overlooking the Pisgah forest and mountains beyond. Completely stocked with all the dishes, utensils and kitchen items needed. The floor mattresses were used both upstairs and downstairs providing comfortable accommodations for family members. Beds were very comfortable and the house was extremely clean upon our arrival. Hot tub and billiard table were real crowd pleasers along with the screened-in porch and open porch with mountain views. you'll love this quiet retreat in the mountains and want to return.

A great place for quiet time , camp fires and time together.
The house was clean and attractive. I loved having the main bedroom on the first floor. The fire pit was a huge success. We had a few nights around the campfire. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. The location was wonderful for getting into town and hikes. The best part was how quiet it was. My only complaint is the cookware needs to be replaced. A great place for families that want to spent time together. A lot of open space.

Perfect!
The view of the mountains was spectacular from the windows on the main floor. The surrounding forest setting was peaceful and healing. The home very comfortably housed our family gathering of 8. The furnishings were first class! Generous quantities of pillows & blankets. Our bed was SO comfortable! We used and enjoyed the fireplace with the provided s'mores ingredients. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Luanne responded quickly to any questions I had. She even went to the trouble to return something we left. We loved our stay and would look forward to returning again.

Amazing location and fantastic host
The host communicated with me so promptly and so well. (and I mean within an hour, they would just be right there -- this being normal hours of the day. Don't expect them to respond at 3 am. lol). Anyways, lovely home, lovely location. The firewood provided was a bit damp when we arrived, so if you are wanting to have a nice fire, bring your own firewood. Also, if you like cooking and want to bring your a-game, make sure to bring a chef's knife. I think the chef knife in the block may have gone missing. Otherwise, loved the location and the home!

Thanksgiving Family Time
Lovely property in the beautiful Pisgah forest. Perfect for keeping the whole family happy and busy. The home was lovely and met our needs well. Our only recommendation, would be that the kitchen have a good overhaul . Fresh produce put in the bottom drawer of the refrigerator all froze. The kitchen was well supplied but took a bit of re-organization to find everything. We had to go buy glasses and luckily we brought our own dish towels and dish cloths as none were provided. Prior tenants had started the dishwasher, but most of the dishes had to be re-washed by hand as food and beverages were caked on the glasses and dinnerware. After the initial organization we had an absolutely perfect stay. We also had to unclog the drain in the half bath on the first floor.

The best vacation rental
If you're looking at this property, just book it. You won't regret it. A beautiful house, great, peaceful, quiet location and a super host. Luanne was very sweet, has a clean, well stocked property. We had 3 families there for a joint vacation and everyone loved it. The house is so peaceful and relaxing, near downtown Brevard (a fun trip), about 25 minutes to Hendersonville (definitely do the gem mining there!) and about 40 minutes to Asheville. The house is about 15 minutes to shopping so you'll want to plan a trip to stock up. We cooked at the house most of the time using the BBQ, although the kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of linens and even toiletries. The fire pit was lots of fun. (She has firewood for sale so no need to buy any--we realized afterwards.) We saw deer and early in the morning there was even a mama bear and cubs! The only thing is if you're planning on working, internet is spotty, even hotspotting off my phone. Forced me to completely take a break off-grid and I came home so relaxed. I needed a package delivered and Luanne went out of her way to make sure I got it. Would love to go back again. Thanks Luanne!

The house worked out perfectly for us and family. Cooked a thanksgiving meal and had everything you could possibly need! The house was central to waterfall trails, Brevard, hendersonville, and dupont forest. Luanne was a great host. We had a great time. Would not hesitate to return!! Thanks Luanne!
