"I reached late night they never opened the door despite knocking for 30 minutes, It was cold freezing and raining, I almost died as this was isolated place and walking to any other hotel was very hard, I lost all my booking money and found a nic hotel at 2 am, all time horrible hotel experience."

The Grand Hotel Zagreb was Grand, indeed!
"The Grand Hotel Zagreb was a wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and with all the amenities to make anybody’s stay a pleasure. The continental breakfast that was included offered a variety of good options to start your day. The staff at the hotel provided a professional service. The only drawback was the location. The hotel was kilometers away from the town center so we had to rely on taxi or Uber services to move around since we did not have a car."
