"Always a great pleasure to welcomed with an open-heart and warmth at this place. The staff at the reception are very friendly, professional, give clear information, always ready to be of assistance. Having stayed here a few times, it's a joy that the staff remember me. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, which is a perfect way to start a long day. "Excellent value for one person who wants a room and bathroom to themselves, the only issue I had was the fact they don't allow you to exchange notes for loose change since I needed it to store my luggage in a locker. On the whole, I'd happily come back here to stay if I planned to visit Paris again and I do recommend this place to other people."

Staff members were able to assist me with any questions I had, especially regarding directions. They were able to tell me the best, fastest, and cheapest way to get to where I wanted to go. "It's a really nice, clean and modern hostel. The beds are comfortable and the curtain gives you a feeling of your own private little nook with your own shelf, light, mirror, plug, and a lockable safety box, big enough to fit a laptop in. There's a bar on location with various events (karaoke, DJ night, etc) throughout the week for your entertainment. The 5 sec.-at-a-time showers, though initially annoying, are an important environmental initiative that I appreciate. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place. "

"Great experience for my first time visiting Paris! From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming friendly and multilingual ! Charlotte helped me with my check in process and she was lovely. Accessing things you might need to your room is fast and convenient via message. You’re able to leave your luggage before and after check-in. Room was for 3 people and it was decent size. Buffet breakfast was very good. Two train stops less than 5 minute walk away. Since it’s by the Eiffel Tower restaurants nearby. Walking to the Eiffel Tower less than 5 minutes just steps away."

"Very unique and authentic French hotel. Lovely staff who are always smiling and friendly. Loved the 24/7 desk as you felt really safe. Nice area with lots of cafes near by. So easy to access the metro around Paris. My only suggestion is a fridge in the room for our food and water, also a kettle would have been nice. However, you can get fresh hot water from coffee machine downstairs. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. "
