"All good,only thing is if you will stay more than 3 days you will need to shop at the supermarket,caouye the rsstaurant is good,but very limited menu ! Other thing is transportation is at least &42 euros or more to the city center each way!! But the hotel is very good ,staff is very nice and rooms are spacius with kitchens!!👍👌 Another good thing is they have all the activigies availables fof you👍🙏 Thanks for everything!! "

"We booked this hotel having never been to Rovaniemi. What a surprise in the heart of the city! The hotel was modern yet comfortable. Our Double room with queen bed was wonderful and well appointed. Service was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight of our day and cocktails at night did not disappoint. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. "

"Didn't realize that the cabin was so far away from the main lodge and would have to cross a street for breakfast buffet. The room was ok, the stairs leading upstairs were more like a ladder, use caution booking if someone has mobility issues. The sauna in the bathroom was very nice."

"I’m satisfied with my stay at Sant’s Rudolf hotel. The only thing I wish that the check-in not separate buildings. It’s hard if you have multiple luggages especially when the snow is thick. I’m glad that I read before and even messaged the property. I appreciated my taxi driver for being patient and waited for me to check-in and dropped me off to my actual hotel. Other than that, I slept good. I felt safe. The placed closed to bus station, restaurants and shopping center. "

"This hotel was set in an out of way area in Rovaniemi. It was worth it to be surrounded by a lovely forest. The rooms each has a personal sauna which was the reason we chose the hotel. (The saunas in room for 2.) We were there to see the Northern Lights. The hotel has a viewing area on the roof. We only saw them one night due to snow but at this hotel, it was a wonderful vantage point. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, with breakfast included. "Not too user friendly when you have to lugged 2 pieces of 23kg luggage’s and 2 pcs 7kg luggage’s. Room was on the 2 floor. Had to lugged my luggage’s from the entrance up stairs and in snowing weather. The owners were very helpful in fetching us to and from the airport and Santa Claus village."
