"We had such a lovely time staying in this huge chateau. Very peaceful and simply a wonderful place to relax with our family. It is a little unusual in rural France to come across a holiday house with really high quality bathrooms / fittings etc. Please note, a few of the rooms don't have shutters / dark curtains which may or may not be important. "Lovely original French farmhouse in a quiet rural part of France. House was exceptionally well equipped and larger than the photos indicate. Especially liked the large, well cared for pool and the various outside seating areas that allowed for lots of outdoor meals. Nearby town, only 15mins drive has some nice local shops for croissants etc. if we can, we would like to go back one day"
