"I was extremely happy with my stay at Hotel Landgrafen-Mühle. My room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and reasonably priced. The hotel is very well run, and the staff was super helpful and friendly (and English speaking). Picturesque property, best schnitzel I had in Germany, and wonderful quiet. I left feeling calmed and recharged. A true gem, and I couldn’t recommend it more."

"The hotel is located on top of the hill and the town, that’s approximately 20 min walk down a well bricked path is sleepy… It is not the hotel’s fault, but nonetheless the town only has a few shops open. Although, I believe most visitors are here for the open market or to hike the castle ruins beside the hotel. Overall, the hotel is excellent. Customer service is great and the restaurant in the hotel is superb regardless that it’s the only show with a 20 min walk area. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway or a relaxing weekend adventure. "We had the most amazing stay here! The view was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, and the house was equipped with everything we could ever need. Peter was a gracious host, he surprised us with welcome treats and very responsive with any questions we had. There were quite a few stairs to get the home, but don’t let it deter you.
