"The hotel room was nice but oddly arranged. The bed did not face the television and you had to look to the side to see it. The bathroom wall was all glass and had a pull down blind for privacy. The blinds were bent and damaged. The shower was so close to the toilet the toilet paper got wet. Also the cover for the sink valve was missing. "Phenomenal location, walking distance from the train station and Nokia arena. Used the Hotel. The room was good for the price paid. Sadly requested the room service but it didn't happen. The reception staff were friendly and educational, and taught us a few common phrases. The bathroom had great water pressure and heat, and the wet room drainage was sufficient. Beds were soft and duvets were insulating."
