"Complete luxury every single day. Food and service cannot be beaten and the resort is beautiful and offers everything couples or families could wish for. Rooms are due for an upgrade soon but do not let that put you off, they are still immaculate and have everything you might want. Sea views and sunsets are breathtaking "

"This is a gorgeous hotel with incredible views and wonderfully comfortable rooms and sun loungers. However, service is difficult to find- nobody comes to the loungers or to the table at dinner to ask for drinks- and the buffet food was repetitive and had a poor selection. That said, the paid-for food offered at the pool was excellent quality, especially the pizza and gyros. "Hotel with greatest staff ever, literally everyone working here are nice, friendly and conveniently doing job. I had trouble with the car, the hotel manager himself came and helped. It was not easy task but the problem was solved thanks to him! "

"Excellent property. The resort is beautiful. Rooms are a great size. Great breakfast. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. "

"It is a great hotel with comfortable modern suites, very clean. Everything is very generous, it feels safe with parking and security staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner is very good, huge choice and good taste. But can get busy with queueing. It has a good pool and basically its own private beach with lounges and also towel service. Everyone is friendly. There is not much around, so you would need a car, but I believe there is also a public bus as well as a hotel shuttle."

"A lot of things seemed to have seen better days. The children pool had some slides, but the surface was made of some concrete and started to peel off. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment. "

"Beautiful place and very quiet for families, the staff are friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed. The only problem was the shower, it was fitted with a dirty curtain and was not very clean. "

"Absolutely perfect. We wished we'd booked longer here. The bakery in Agios Nikolaos does the tastiest pastries, the bed was comfy, plenty of space with a lovely terrace with a beautiful, peaceful view of the sea."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Suites. The room/apartment came with all necessities, even a little kitchen area! We would like to give a special mention to all the staff who work there - the lovely ladies and Dimitris, who were so helpful, kind and always smiling! We highly recommend that you stay here, don’t hesitate making a booking! "

"Property is located in a very good spot in front of the sea. Rooms are spacious and nice. Only negative factor is that if it’s crowed you can hear almost everything. Apart from that the breakfast is served on a box and given to the room which contains a few basic items. Friendly staff."
